  1. for personal use ONLY. please contact me beforehand for commercial use.

  2. the commission takes 1 - 3 weeks since I started sketching process (queues not included).

  3. no rush, please note that I'm a student. rushing fee will be applied if you need it.

  4. you will be updated twice: rough sketch phase and colored sketch phase.

process

  1. confirmation of order and payment.

  2. rough sketch and colored sketch, you may ask for any changes (first 3 changes are free, then there will be additional IDR 40k/5 USD per revision unless I misunderstood your requests).

  3. sketch approval.

  4. HD files will be sent via google drive link once the payment is done.

as the client

  1. you may upload the watermarked version of the artwork on any website or platform.

  2. you may use the artwork as profile picture or header on any noncommercial app.

  3. you may not claim my artwork as yours.

  4. you may not resell the commissioned work (nfts, merchandise, etc.)

as the artist

  1. I will put a small signature in the unwatermarked version, you may not erase it.

  2. all finished artworks will be added to my portfolio.

  3. I may post the commissioned artwork on my twitter, unless I am told not to.

  4. I have the right to turn down a commission if I don't feel capable and/or comfortable with the request.

payment

  1. the commission can be paid either 100% upfront or 50% upfront and 50% after sketch approval.

  2. no refund after I started working on the commission (check my progress tracker).

  3. payment via paypal in USD (international clients) and via DANA, Gopay, or Shopeepay (indonesian clients).

  4. the payment via paypal must be completed 7 days after I sent the invoice, but if you need more time, please let me know <33 I will start working on the commission after you sent at least half of the payment.

  5. tips are always appreciated!

commercial use

  1. price will be doubled.

  2. you may not use the commissioned artwork to make merch and sell them.

  3. you may use it as intro/ending video and profile picture on youtube/twitch/any stream related apps, just credit me (in description or bio).

  4. I will put a small signature in the unwatermarked version, you may not erase it.
